Shipping Coverage

• All major cities and regions within Kenya.
• Select rural areas.
• We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

Free delivery for orders above KES 1,500.
*Same-Day Delivery is only available in select locations.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed Monday through Sunday (including public holidays).
• Prescription orders are subject to validation by a licensed pharmacist and may require additional time.

Shipping Carriers

• We partner with trusted national and regional carriers such as Uber, Little Cab, etc.
• For some deliveries, Pharmaplus may use its own local courier service.

Tracking information will be provided via email or SMS once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Restrictions

• Pharmaplus does not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
• Certain medications may require signature on delivery or must be received by the individual named on the prescription.
• Cold chain (temperature-sensitive) products will be shipped with appropriate packaging and may only be shipped via expedited methods.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet the estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:

• Weather conditions
• High order volumes (e.g., during sales or public health events)
• Carrier-related issues
• Verification delays for prescriptions

In such cases, we will notify you via email or SMS.

Lost or Damaged Packages

• Lost: Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
• Damaged: Provide photo evidence and contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
